Middle-aged adult male s/p sharp penetrating facial injury with intact eye closure and absence of left brow elevation. Operative exploration through the laceration demonstrates multiple transected facial nerve branches that were then primarily repaired. Of note, the caudal aspect of Pitanguy’s line is marked slightly too cranial.
